This privacy policy explains how personal data is collected and processed when you interact with gsle.ch — in particular through WhatsApp, email, or any personal assistant workflow operated under this domain. It is written to comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP / nFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• WhatsApp interactions: your phone number, your WhatsApp display name, message content (text, audio, images, or files you send), and message metadata (timestamps, delivery status).
• Email: your email address, your name if provided, and the contents of your message.
• Technical data: basic server logs from the website host (IP address, user-agent, timestamp) kept briefly for security and stability purposes.

No cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising technology are used on this website.

• Automation & AI tooling — messages may be processed by workflow automation (e.g., n8n) and AI models to generate assistant responses. Only data strictly needed to produce a reply is sent to these services.
• Website & email hosting — the hosting provider for this domain processes technical data (logs) in its role as a processor.

These providers may process data outside Switzerland or the EEA (including the United States). Where this is the case, it is carried out under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms recognised by Swiss and EU authorities.

06Retention

Personal data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. Chat conversations and emails are typically retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is needed to follow up on a specific matter or required by law. Server logs are kept for a short period (usually days to a few weeks) and then discarded.
